1. WHO WE ARE
The online shop www.showroomwatches.com ("Showroom W") is operated by Hubert Agency AB, Wenngarn, Sigtuna, Sweden (company registration number 559235-0523, VAT number SE559235052301). 2. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.showroomwatches.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. They do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
3. PRODUCTS
All watches sold by Showroom W are 100% authentic and supplied through the official distribution channels of each brand. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible; minor differences in colour may occur depending on your screen. Some models are produced in limited quantities: products shown as sold out remain visible for information only and cannot be ordered.
4. PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Shipping is free of charge worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may be charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in that case we will contact you before processing your order.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. Payment is made securely at checkout using the payment methods displayed there. We may cancel an order in case of payment problems or if a product is no longer available, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
6. DELIVERY
We ship worldwide with a tracked delivery service. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and is communicated with your shipping confirmation. Please check your parcel on delivery and inform us within a reasonable time of any visible damage.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. Returns are free of charge: we provide a prepaid return label. The watch must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all protective stickers and wrappings intact and its bracelet unaltered. Full details are available on our Return Conditions page. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
8. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All watches are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase, depending on the brand, under the conditions described on our After-Sales Service page. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
9. PERSONAL DATA
We collect only the personal data needed to process and deliver your order (name, email address, phone number and delivery address). Your data is used for this purpose, shared only with our payment and delivery partners, and never sold to third parties. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sylvain@hubertagency.com – we will do our best to find a solution. If we cannot agree, consumers residing in Sweden may refer the dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, www.arn.se). These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
